Shaun Butler

The Grand Officers Mess met at Castlegate House, York on 26 June, with guest speaker Shaun Butler, Communications Director of UGLE.

The event was very well attended despite very high temperatures, and the attendess were treated to a fascinating and erudite presentation on UGLE Communications and its interactions with the media.

During the evening, Provincial Grand Master Mark Iveson presented WBro Chris Ansell with a Masonic Charitable Foundation Certificate, confimring his status as a Vice Patron, a recognition of contributions made by Chris to the MCF over many years.

The next meeting of the Mess will be in Malton in July.
