The New Worshipful Master, Raymond Stangoe, welcomed Bro. Leon Carter into the North York Lodge 602 on the evening of 30th January, our first regular meeting of 2026.

Bro Leon had been very patient and was initially interviewed, and then balloted (sucessfully) in March 2025. The ritual was performed in time honoured fashion and at the aftermeeting a very enjoyable evening was had, with good food, supplied by the caterers of Masonic hall Middlesbrough and the visiting brethren along with the brethren of North York Lodge exhibited the camaraderie and conviviality that is a well enjoyed factor when visiting the North York Lodge.
